Ingredients
1 oz. Sake
1/2 oz. Russian Standard Vodka
1/2 oz. Rose Water
1 splash Ginger Syrup
Sparkling Wine
Instructions
In a cocktail shaker, shake all ingredients then strain into a cocktail glass. Float sparkling wine. Garnish with a rose bud.
